What are the diffs between the lincoln navigator 2007 and 2008.?

We are importing one to England but a factory build would be a 2008 now.

Good thing you're getting a 2008 Navigator. The current Navigator only gets 300 horsepower. The 2008 navigator will have a new engine (possibly a Ford Boss engine) which will give it an extra 120 horsepower, 420 hp! Beats the Escalade by 17 hp. It may also have a back-up camera.
