Honda civic newbie?

hi im new to cars surrounded by general and i know nought of them, i have a 2002 civic LX and im curious to know where on earth i can find a guide to the engine so i can learn the details to maintain and keep hold of it running in devout shape. I asked my dad to show me the engine basics but he isn't familiarized with foreign cars haha. Thanks so much!

the only point you have to do is supply it an oil correct
every 3000 miles and a tune up every year.
you can purchase a manual at an auto place
close to autozone.. it'll tell you everything you entail to know
from engines to lights, bumpers, electricity wire etc..

Get a chilton or haynes brochure for your year/make/model and use it when you require a repair they seam to be good scorce for the fundamentals and dnot oo hard to infer
