Answers:    The fridge won't take any power when the engine isn't running so that it won't stay cool. I would use a dry cell battery approaching an aptima redtop dry cell battery.
If you rope it to an always on circuit (and the cigar lighter is other on) it will continue to preserve things cool with the vehicle turned stale until it runs the battery insensible. The page didn't say how much current it draws, so I would hold no idea how long it could run lacking drawing the battery down to the point where on earth the vehicle wouldn't start. Of course you can get the not compulsory A/C adapter and plug it in within the garage when the car is sour.
If your civic is the same as my concord, your power jacks are off when the saloon is off, but that's a correct thing here as this would wipe out your car battery-operated very efficiently - I have one and they draw like mad.

Use the AC adapter when parked if you want to keep it cool.

Update - you don't inevitability a garage, just access to an outlet, but if you live within an apartment that probably isn't going to work for you. As for a second battery, no, you really can't do that, the saloon wasn't designed for it so there isn't really anyplace to put it (except surrounded by the trunk), but even if you found someone to do that, then you hold the issue of your alternator now have to try and charge two batteries which it's not designed for, and even if you did adjectives that - you'd still kill both battery over a weekend, guaranteed (my wife killed a minivan mobile in a moment ago a few hours with ours).

This piece has a bar and wheels right? Bring it inside when you catch home, hotel, whatever, and plug it surrounded by with the AC adapter, and next take it beside you when needed. That's your only concrete option.
Buy blue rime and freeze it during night time. Put it surrounded by the cooler whenever you leave. It should closing a long time (at least a day) to hang on to food/drinks from spoiling or being thaw.
