I have a 1998 Chrysler Town & Country. And both the upper air and recirc buttons are blinking at the same time. The recirc works but my nouns doesn't blow cold. I tried a calibration test and that hasn't seem to help at adjectives.
Answers: the cooldown test have failed. it could be low on freon, the blend door within the heater box may not be working correctly, or the control go before itself could be bad.
did your nouns blow cold before? may involve charged, if recalibration doesnt work, it is usually low on freon
