It tells you what erect you might need for several sizes of tires for several types of trucks. You'll inevitability a 4.5" lift to fit 35s, but it'll probably work near a 4". You may have for a time rubbing at the limits of the steering.

I don't know much almost wheels, so I'll hang on to my mouth shut on that one.

Tires: I have a set of Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revos on my truck. They hold about 60,000 miles on them next to little sign of wear. They're great tires for mud, gravel and snow. I got stuck contained by the snow once with them, but that wasn't the tire's scorn. I had it buried up to the axle. The best article about them is their on-road durability, because let face it: 90% of the time you're doing a tour, not off it. These are great tires for both. They're worth the extra currency for how long they'll last. Bridgestone should rate me for this!
I agree with "dog" and would approaching to add that while 315 75R 16s (35s) will fit on a 16X8 helm, realize that 315mm equals 12.4 inches. Mounting this on an 8 inch wheel WILL inflict the tires to wear from the middle out. I use 16X10 wheels on my 285 75R 16s for best treadwear/footprint.

I would select tires base on where/how you drive.
