1). You inevitability to know which radio you have (there are two option depending on production date). The Concert radio has the volume knob right surrounded by the middle of the radio. The Concert II has a volume knob on the vanished and tuning knob on the right.
2). Turn on the ignition and the radio, it should say "SAFE".
3). If you hold the Concert radio, press and hold the FM2 and RDS buttons simultaneously until the radio display changes from "SAFE" to "1000". If you enjoy the Concert radio, press and hold the SCAN and RDS buttons simultaneously until the radio display changes from "SAFE" to "1000".
4). Now you use the preset station buttons to enter your radio code. The preset one button will progress the first digit, preset two will change the second digit, etc.
5). Once the desired radio code is displayed on the peak, press and hold the two buttons you used in step three.
After you finish these steps one of two things will develop. Either the radio will start playing and be unlocked (hopefully), or the radio will once again say "SAFE". If it stays locked you have the wrong code or entered it incorrectly. Be discreet, entering the wrong code twice will lock the radio up.

Your best bet is to contact a dealer or possible look contained by your manual if you own it. Unless someone on here has like car, I feel that would be your best bet. Also you might be able to find a website devoted to Audi cars and there you might find what you are looking for. Good Luck
