I have a 2002 ford mustang that jerk at low rpm, however stops when you're at higher speeds. Spark plugs, wires and nouns filter was changed. It feel as if it is a fuel system problem because you feel some restriction when you press the gas pedal.
Answers: check your Fuel injectors, usually a blockage will result contained by the jerk, or sputtering,
if it does get the impression like its roughly to stall after your decelerate, then check your fuel lines, and your injectors.
