What are some BMW-approved coolants?

Does anyone know some of the coolants that are approved by BMW for use in their cars? I hold a BMW 323i and I need to transformation the coolant, but I'm not sure which ones are alright to use.

Answers:    I have to read out that some of the answers to this question are bring for concern. You should definitely use coolant, mixed 50/50 next to distilled water. If you really want to know what BMW recommend, you should go to the purveyor and buy the BMW brand coolant by the gallon. I can tell you though that the formulation is probably transposable to Pentosin brand coolant, which is German made and great quality.
