1993 mustang lx doors?

my door are sagging and I want to replace the hinge pins and bushings anybody know how to do it? its a adjectives problem on them also the door handle is broken how do I install the foreign ones?

Answers:    I'm not so sure you would have drill them out, you should be capable of pound them out with a tack hammer and a punch. If there is a spring surrounded by the hinge, NAPA has a tool to remove it.

Good report: if the pins aren't gouged, you can re-use them.
