I know you're not going to like this answer, but at hand are so many variables that any amount quoted here could be right on or method off. It could discourage you or offer you false hope. Being 18, even with a verbs driving record, you classify contained by the higher-risk bracket to insure because you are a male, beneath 25 and not married. It also depends on wether or not you live with your parents. It will be cheaper if you do, it will also be cheaper if you own good grades contained by school because you could qualify for discounts. Insurance companies also tend to pin you on rates if the car you insure is a turbo engine. It's an outdated rule by which they stir, thinking that turbo means sports motor. Etc etc.
The best thing to do is shop around for insurance.
The ONLY style you can afford it is through your parents. I am 19 and covered under them as long as Im contained by college around 120$ a month. Otherwise on my wrx would cost me at least 600$ a month. That is pretty much the insurance companies process of saying NO WAY will you own this motor. And they have the right to, in attendance are tons of these cars in junkyards that inhabitants under 20 hold died in. So stir through your parents and most importantly be carfull.
Im an 19 year old mannish with a verbs driving record from massachussets and i own an 04 wrx. I pay $350 ish a month contained by car insurance and another $372 a month within car payments...hope this help
