Is this true? I tried doing this after she told me and even though my engine didn't scream, I a short time ago couldn't bear the 'loud' crash of the engine that I went stern to my way of driving.
What rpm should I permit it get to previously changing is right? Is constantly driving at 3000rpms (or just a short time bit over) good for the saloon?
Answers: it actually is well brought-up to wind the motor out periodically. say-so maybe everytime you carry on the freeway. i wouldnt redline it. but.. get it giant.. reason human being, the piston rods will stretch when they get hot, from elevated rpm. and the piston rings will wear the cyllinder wall down, and if you never run those rpms high adequate to let those rods stretch their legs. the wear on the cyllinder walls will create approaching a lip. at the highest point that they usually achieve .. at 3k rpm in your luggage. and it will be fine if you always drive the sports car this way... but u will probably get rid of the car until that time the motor goes desperate. and the next soul, considering it is a turbo, will be running it out to those 7k rpms and that lip that was created from 100k miles or more at 4k topps rpms(your driving), when they run that motor at these superior rpms, that lip is gonna rip into those piston rings when those rods stretch. and make the piston rings progress bad faster...

With 3000 rpm your sports car will get pale after some time and will loose HP.The best Rpm are about 4500-5500.tip for turbo engines.After you done near driving before you shut bad the engine let it run for one minute to discharge not here pressure in turbo and contained by engine.Thats gonna keep turbo and engine contained by good shape.
You are driving conservatively. Why you enjoy a turbo beats the "H" out of me. What a excess. Its a hi performance saloon and you are driving it like a granny.
Yes you can "lug" it to extermination, that is: drive within too high of a gear for the speed you are driving. Grannies wreck engines too. You will blow out the bottom train.
What the red line at? 7? If it is that, don't be afeared of taking the engine up that high(not for extended period - like 100 miles of highway driving, but shift blips are OK. Cars on average are designed to be driven in at most minuscule 70% of the maximum RPM all light of day long.
You would have done better to own gotten an automatic transmission.

Actually when breaking within an engine you never want to keep it at duplicate steady RPM. A car's engine is designed to run all morning long at any rpm and that is why here is a built in rev limiter, result in that is the nouns they don't want you going into.
Don't listen to car sale people, here is a reason why they are selling and given up the ghost on them. And it's not because of money because a good tech will clear more than a sale person any morning.
Ignore the fact that it is a turbo. Your turbo is spinning even when you are stopped and the engine is running. Change the engine grease more frequently than a non-turbo and the engine will be fine.
