Could be leak pipes. You should check all the connections from the reservoir and variety sure the tubes are tight at the joins. You might even obligation to replace them.
A short term fix is to bring back hold of some steering fluid and top it up. Leave the cap stale the reservoir, start the engine. Turn all the opening to the left (full lock), next right a few times. This should push any air surrounded by the system out.
I had a similar problem next to my Vauxhall Veccy, some of the pipes were loose and I have some air within the system.

try topping up the power steering fluid reservoir...it will have a pick of a steering pedals on it...and be under the bonnet..turn to any car shop they will hand over you the right fluid..
