Answers: i would definatly purely get the honda hub cap because they stay in place beside the bolts that the car comes near and are extremely hard to steal. recover a bit and get some great tires. kumho, yokohama or even toyos. they build alot of 14 inch tires that are sporty and good. its much cheaper to take 14 inch tires and there smaller amount likely to be stolen. even if you find good ones. i come up with they even make falken azenis surrounded by 14 inch tire. just buy 2 and put them within the front.
Well if I were you i wouldnt put HUBCAPS not hudcaps on my motor. Even if thwey were free.
Now it depends on what tires you want. If you want a perfect tire, i sugest Yokohama. There great manufacters that will last a pious time. Maybe some 225/45/15, for low profile.
For rims, i would go beside sonme phat fives from the integra...or the stock civic si rims. But if you wannago more then that, i sugest getting some aftermarket rims and adrop. Just spawn sure your rims are the same lug guide (4). Also for every inch u go from stock (15") produce sure to get a lower profile tire.
I instinctively like rotas on civics, but you would move about with some 5Zigen or Enkei.
All together, if you buy a set of tires and some aftermarket rims...around 1500-2500.
Tires beside stock rims...around 400-1000.
RIMS AND TIRES all time.
