What is the recommended coolant and engine grease for a 1995 Chevy Lumina?

Please recommend some good coolant and engine oil to put in 95 Chevy lumina 4dr sedan.

Answers:    All Chevy & GM / GMC require "Dex-Cool" coolant. Its ginger in color and can be found almost anywhere including walmart. Its offered contained by a pre-mixed fluid or a concentrated liquid that you must give water to. Please read the directions on the final of the one you buy. Its important you buy a GMC/Chevy/GM approved solution cause its the with the sole purpose coolant that will work correctly and not hurt your system. As for oil, I see cars...lots of good and great oil out there..but I dont cogitate too many sports car enthusiasts will disagree that Mobil 1 is the best oil and the individual way to turn. I have run it in my Porsches and camaros for years. Hope this help
