Timing tie up 96' cavalier may be 180 bad?

ok put a new secure on my 96 cav and it now have a miss car run great before is it possible for it to run at adjectives if im 180 off
my buddy said he have the same prob next to his 2.2 s10 and it was 180 stale please dont answer if your not sure thanks


Answers:    no sports car wouldn't start if your chain is 180 degree off. If it is missing check your plugs cause sure you don't have one of your line switch around. as for maybe have the chain sour a tooth or so it could run rough but sounds like to me you enjoy a wire switched around if engine revs up and doesn't backfire through the exhaust , or it doesn't appear sluggish you timing is close. If it does hardly run your timing could be rotten but not 180 degrees check the smooth stuff first for you start doing anything hard I don't know how heaps time I have screwed up a firing command but it has happen many times. Also hook a timing restrained to it while it is running and check that. Just rembemeber KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) I always update my self that so I don't do more work than I need to ha ha . hope this help u out and you get her going have a bum ride sucks.
