Dont know what category of subs i should catch?

im trying to buy some 12 inch subs but dont know what kind of brand i should gain and how do you know how much bass they can get on the info on the subs?

Answers:    There are several good subs. The biggest thing is putting them into the proper barred enclosure. Some of the Thiele/Small parameters can be used to grasp an idea of their bass potential, principally the frequency response and free-air resonance. The lower these numbers, the better for low bass.
