I've been advise to purchase four Rockford Fosgate T2-10-D4 to run with my two older school Rockford amps. The subs entail to be dual voicecoil to get rather more out of the amps. I listen to RnB and a bit of Bob Marley so would like the subs to run tight and low. Are these the right ones to dance for when spending around the lb400 mark per sub. Ideas?
Answers: Unless you listen to greatly of rap/hip hop or plan entering contests....4 -10's would be a bit much I think...that money could be better spent elsewhere..resembling mids and highs, crossovers and what not...unless you've get a station wagon or SUV next to that much room in it....4- 10's will steep up any trunk or hatch.
depending on your car - 2 12' subs are right try looking at the Kicker or erathquake brands
