Theres 2 12" subwoofers at 3000 watts total, do you recommend two amps or merely one? or also an extra battery-operated?

can you give me the reason why you chose your answer.

Answers:    so they are rated at give or take a few 750 watts RMS? that's the rating you should go by, not the summit power. RMS is what the sub can handle continuously.

capture an amp that matches the rating of the subs, along next to impedence. (750 watt amp if you want to wire them 1 ohm, or 1500 watt amp if you flex them to 2 ohm). you COULD even get a 3000 watt amp, and rope the subs to 4 ohms, giving the subs 750 watts a piece. either channel you dont want to put too much power to them to prevent damaging them. it's hugely much possible to do it with one amp. two amps if you wanna look cool :). and i'd upgrade the battery-operated and/or add one for sure.
only just one get a 1,000 watt amp it best cuz it give you what you need and you put aside up on space also the amp is 2 channel so you don't requirement two amp just one to power two subs
