Ok i hold two 15" subs,2200watts amp,but my dvd player have one output for the sub!how can i acquire both subs work

i have sony 15" (1400w each) subs and a 2200 watts amp,my dvd player have only output for the sub, when i connect the system, solitary one sub works due to the fact that in attendance is only one output, but i own a cable which has two outputs connected from amp to dvd player,my older cd player had two outputs for the subs and both be working, how do i resolve this?there is no adaptor to construct the output into two outputs!help,i can show pictures if its easier to infer,i am clueless!!

Answers:    It's called an RCA "Y" cable, but here are two types. If you want to run a PAIRED long cable to the amp (usually the case), you want one with a single MALE at one pause (bottom of the "Y") and two FEMALES on the other ends. This will go down the radio.

If you run a single RCA to the amp, get the in front of type (single FEMALE, dual MALES) and plug it in by the amp.
You should check out radioshack if you own one near by. The Would know how to tell you exactly what to do
BUY A SPLITTER , ANY STEREO SHOP WILL KNOW WHAT IT IS
if here is only one output (RCA) for the sub adjectives you have to do is jump to any local car stereo shop or even Radio shack and acquire a Y adapter you will probably need a womanly to two male adapter. nick the single sub output and plug it in to the womanly side of the Y adapter then plug the other manly ends in to the amp that mode both channels on the amp find a signal
