I only just bought him a set of Alpine speakers for his car, so does the subwoofer enjoy to be Alpine?
I really just wat to know the details, Whats good merits for them? and what size is best?
Answers: no a sub does ot have to be alpine. which sub to get hold of...well, it depends if he wishes loud or really good nouns quality.. or a mix of both.. Pioneer premier holds the world journal for loud, so they stand alone for a loud system. for quality nouns JL is very economically reseaved, but are a bit expensive.. but if he liked the alpines past they make a immaculately good sub. but remember that sub hs to hold a amp to make it work... again alpine is thoroughly good.
the box you put a sub within is vital, so when you pick a sub (any principal brand) if you want to make the payment special goto a car audio shop and hold a enclosure made specifically for that sub.. it'l cost around 70 bucks and will get any decent sub nouns really good and a perfect sub sound great. plus they may be capable of perfectly meeting his cars carpet.... in a minute thats cool....
i love my alpine mids, highs and 6 by 9's but for a nice subwoofer i love kicker http://www.kicker.com/06/kicker_home.htm...
move about for the Solo-Baric L5 Subwoofer
he will love you for it
You can get adjectives types of good subs JBL, Kenwood, Alpine, Kicker, American Bass, Rockford Fosgate, any moniker brand should do I like 12 surrounded by subs myself the box they are in have allot to do with it and you also involve a good amp Like my system I get 2 12 in audio baun and a Planet Audio 400 amp sounds virtuous the box I got is hermetic tight you could go next to a sub and box combo in a motor audio store and a good amp hope this help
