the best is rockford fosgates. the watts depends on your sports car,radio,and amp you have or going to draw from make sure your amp is soaring watts just to sort sure it will push your subs
JL makes some amazing product, and MTX does honourably well. I don't believe Pioneer belongs in that group.
Also, look into JBL, Memphis, BostonAcoustics, Adire, TC Sounds, Alpine, or even Infinity (Reference Series).

adjectives those brands are good. 10s hit cleaner and nouns better, 12s hit hard and wear out faster. Bluapunkt make great amps with frequent controls for tweaking sound. Pick an amp explicitly 100 to 300 watts lower than your speakers for protection and sound talent. Dont forget to put a dish sponge behing you lisense plate. Youll know why!
JL audio I have a duo of 12w6v2 push by two 500/1 and they sound great! JL subs are pretty elevated price for two 12w6 you look at about $400 dollar's a piece and a 1000/1 amp cost just about $600 to $ 800 dollar's range. IF you do not want to spin that much travel with a W3v3 they are remnant off of the W6v2 technology they are great sub they can touch 300 watts a piece they sell for in the order of $150 to $200 dollars a piece with a 500/1 amp they thump tough.
