Answers: The switches would be SPST (single pole single throw), your principal OFF-ON switch and they have lone two connections. If you want lighted switches, they will have a third lead.
With an unlighted switch, you simply connect one side to a power source (fused) and the other to the device you're powering (lights, etc.).
With a lighted switch, there will also be a lead that goes to a ground. These may be labeled "source" (where you seize the power from), "load" (the device you want to switch), and "earth" (the ground).
