Can I fit bigger speakers?

My speaker sizes are as followed: (provided by MDC)

Front Speaker___6.5_____4.5
Rear Speaker___6.5_____3.75

Would I be able to maybe fit 6x9" speakers maybe, if i took bad the cover for the speakers?
