Subwoofer problem near amp?

i have two kicker comp 12" subs and i have a crappy koiler 405 watt amp with it because i didnt hold the money at the time to buy a bigger amp and i got the amp near the subs..i just bought a 1200 watt amp from my friend for 50 bucks and he put it within but now im have some problem...i think its a grounding but im not sure...when i turn the vehicle on the subs hit continuously even when the radio is at 0 volume. i have to turn the deck rotten for them to stop. is this a grounding problem or an amp problem?

i made sure that the power wire, ground flex and all wires going to the subs are adjectives on the right side..+ to + and - to -. when i remove the input wires they stop... now should those two wires that are round should they be contained by the input side or output side.. and what i mean by hit its a bump, bump, bump, bump non stop. its basically not a bump and thats it. its like a broken register of hit, hit, hit, etc.

Answers:    First of all, check to see if adjectives wire are connected to the right connections including the RCA jacks. If the wire's are adjectives good. Then try a hot amp, if u cant get a topical amp see if a friend will let you try your amp contained by their car to see if that amp is'nt workN right. Now the RCA jacks ( from the radio deck to the amp )..... RADIO-OUTPUT to AMP-INPUT.< red&white-to-red&white>
this is customarily a grounding problem...make sure you ground wires are 4 guage or bigger and sort sure the ground is tightly secured by a bolt to bare metal...also check that the go before unit is properly grounded
