About my electric wiring work and the accesory knob?

My subs run even before my coup¨¦ engine starts up, simply on the accesory.
My deck will run, but then individual way for my amp to EVER turn on, is when I choose the source on my deck, later they play, even on the accesory.
Its good close to that but is it okay to have a sub running earlier the engine runs? I know people's who subs dont run unless the engine is running.
