Answers: Here are the power ratings for that amp
165 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms
254 watts RMS x 2 at 2 ohms
505 watts RMS x 1 bridged output
A few I'd recommend:
Mtx Roadthunder 200rms dual 4 or single 4 ohm coil
Kicker Comp C 150rms any 4 or 8 single voice coil
Rockford Fosgate P1 150rms 4 or 8 ohm single voice coil
Or under power a set of mtx x thunder 250 rms sgl 4ohm coil
Me one-sidedly I'd go for any of the top 3 and I'd lean more towards the kicker comp c subs and stir with the 4 ohm model...the fosgate's are nice too and the roadthunders are nice. I've hear the roadthunders powered with a few different amps and you can't be in motion wrong with those...they pound appropriate for the money. I'd probably go near the kicker comp c's as I love the cvr series and I bet since they all get a similar cost I'd go beside the kicker...
The other thing you can do is buy kicker cvr subs and by electric wiring them to present a 4 ohm load at the amp and verbs the 501 rms watts out of the amp you can put them into a ported box and the rms of the subs drop to 600 for the pair down from 400rms a piece. The idea is subs in a ported box require smaller number power. I'd go cvr's next to your amp and you'd only be 100 watts rms past its sell-by date of powering them with the full 600rms...
If you want 2 10 inch subs consequently here are a couple you could use.

Just a couple of suggestions. Just bridge the amp and run it in series.
