Answers: Your subs were produced stern in the unpunctually 90's. With a max power of 500 watts I'd imagine the rms rating of them is 250 rms or thereabouts depending on your box type. Personally since they are outmoded and they do deteriorate over time I wouldn't put 250 watts of rms power to each sub unless you needed to blow them. If they are in flawless brand bright condition I may consider it but otherwise take it undemanding on them unless you want some new ones. They appear to be foam surround so I'd really take care as rubber surrounds tend to last better near conditions that we put them through...ie...sun, heat, humidity.....Foam don't hold up as in good health over time...If they are 8 ohm single voice coil subs you could connect all positives of the sub to + of amp and negative to -of amp to present a 4 ohm load at the amp. Otherwise you'll call for an amp that is 2 low in which you would in recent times hook up the +/- to each dike of the 2 channel amp.
This Sub is matching specs as the Solo X series. The total wattage is 5000 and RMS is 2500. I would suggest a kicker ZX series zx2500.a mono channel since you are one and only running one sub. you can use a stereo or mulit channel newspaper if you are running multiple units or want to power your flipside speakers as well.
best of luck.

10" = 350
12" = 500
15" = 600
these are max ratings and kicker describes it as a "typical musical program"
For a RMS rating on a amp i would likely do approaching this.
10" = 200
12" = 300-350
15" = 350-400
