Answers: Most of them are low quality import from China. I hate HIDs, they are so bright they hurt.
You own to know what your looking for when it comes to HID lights that are being sold on eBay. Some are vastly difficult to install, some are cheap and/or poorly made, and some say adjectives makes and models but really aren't.
I would do some resesarch on the kit they have available. If the kit types aren't printed ask the seller. If the salesperson doesn't respond with a direct answer or no response at adjectives. skip him and ask another. There are alot of companies on the aftermarket scene that are not DOT approved. So I would also check into that.

As long as they come near a relay harness they're just fine. The el-cheapo kit probably won't last as long as a complex quality set, but for the price you can't complain.
