Would I obligation an amplifier? If so, what's a good one (specs?) that can run these speakrs? Would I requirement a new leader unit? Would I obligation both? The more info the better.

Answers: The speakers on the interconnect you posted are fine but if price is not an issue I suggest you get a righteous set of component speakers (Focal KP2) to replace your front doors. Component speakers consist of a separate mid range, tweeter and crossover to ensure respectively speaker is playing the desired frequency range.
Regardless of what speakers you gain you will need an external amplifier to push them. 99% of motor audio head unit on the market will not put out any more than 15 watts to adjectives channels at one time. If you find set of speakers or components make sure you clash the RMS of the speakers with the RMS output of the Amplifier.
