If i crank up the volume they commence to distort... Now i have hear these subs bump and they can pack a punch... soo what do you guys recommend or what do you guys think it is........

Answers:    you don't own enough room lower than the back form to get a box big adequate to have the proper amount of airspace for those speakers much smaller quantity any 12" sub. you can try using poly fill within the box, it will make the speaker nouns like its contained by a bigger box. you should probably consider going with 10's. you can find a little more airspace out of the box, also try to find a speaker that doesn't require alot of airspace. or amount your air space on your box and find a speaker that will clash it. and like said above, max power is irrelevant. its some number that the company may or may not enjoy ever seen the amp push. unless it is CEA certified the company can construct up any numbers that it wants to in the order of how much power the amp pushes. and if that amp ever did push out 3000 watts, its because it was struck by a lightning bolt and played one entry then it exploded.
first of adjectives forget the peak rating on an amp,it method nothing. own you messed with the gain? try backing stale the bass boost and all that angelic stuff.also if they are in a hermetic box add some of that box stuffing,it will formulate the speaker think its surrounded by a bigger box so it will play a bit deeper.but what i think is going on is that your driving them to rugged,to much gain and to much boost
