1997 Camaro electrical problems...?

I have a 1997 V6 camaro next to a 1 year old cd player installed within it. About 10 months after I installed the cd player it started shutting off disconnectedly. I checked all connections and could not fine any fouled wires. I next discovered that when the radio shuts off, I cannot roll my window down or use my power mirrors. I have notice that this happens mostly when i hit bumps or start applying my brakes tough, but like I said, its completely volatile, sometimes it will do it, sometimes it wont. If someone could give me some suggestions that i can start looking at i would appreciate it. Thanks!

Answers:    you obligation to check to make sure you hold a good ground for the stereo(negative -black wire) connected to the chassis or battery-operated of your vehicle. Also I would connect the positive-(red) wire directly to the positive terminal contained by the fuse block and install an inline fuse holder and fuse close to the fuse block. This should solve your radio problems.
I'm not sure on that vehicle where it's located, but, check your nouns at the body control module. On some GM vehicles it's beneath one of the front seats.
