not sure but when i bought the truck ,i might of punched in a financial guarantee code or something,cant remember for sure,but if that`s the case how can i resolve this so my radio will work again.

then ring up delco hotline to get unlock code. capture code into
radio. you local gm dealer may give a hand you if you call and explain
you problem
