Future available job opportunity for commercial airline pilots contained by subsequent ~20 years?

how are future charge outlooks for commercial airline pilots in subsequent ~20 years? will their jobs be replaced by technology? if so why, if why not? thanks.

Answers:    I suggest there will be lots of opportunity for commercial pilots in the subsequent 20 years. Air travel is expanding exponentially with the continued rise of Asian economy and people are traveling more than ever.

I doubt technology will replace airline pilots surrounded by the near adjectives, although it could certainly evolve someday. Current aircraft are technical wonders but they aren't reliable ample yet to exterminate the need for pilots. I don't muse that will happen in the next 20 years any. The A380/7897/A350 aircraft are the 'latest and greatest' on the other hand need two pilots newly as much as aircraft of the present.

The real give somebody the third degree is whether being a commercial pilot will be a living worth having. The days of super outstandingly paid pilots are over. Most primary airlines pay properly but nothing resembling in yesteryear. The trend is not encouraging either, near most major pilot union all over the world facing layoffs and serious take-home pay erosion. Ultimately salaries and work conditions will probably remain static at current level. My suspicion is that the need for pilots will be neutralize by the reduced training and capabilities required of pilots due to more advanced technology. Pilots are slowly sliding from 'skilled professionals' to 'commodities with specialized training.' I ponder a new guy today could expect lots of position opportunities contained by the next few decades, but I ask whether it would be worth it in the ruin..... Good luck!
It's all dependant on grease. And the oil is going to top soon. Scarcer and dearer oil will seriously impact on nouns travel. So it's not the greatest choice of career odds in the long residence.

Unless it's what you really want to do, in which bag go for it. But you may enjoy to re-invent yourself in twenty years or anything.
i think nearby will always be a emergency for pilots, because people are still going to fly no event how much it is and tech wil never take over as pilots, would you ever fly within ans airplane without a pilot?
