Answers: Yes, it still happen....but not like it is portrayed within stupid flicks like the "Aviary". (A little directive about sexual persecution keeps any such pilot predators at inlet.) While some pilots try to use their career as a opening to score near the ladies they meet on overnights, it doesn't other work. This job of late isn't a glamorous as it used to be. Plus these days frequent flight attendants want nothing to do near pilots! There are those few who "want to marry a pilot" so they search one out but so various are just blissful to close the cockpit door and get you out of their spine.
My personal experience is that a dozen or so people contained by my domicile are having cockpit crew/cabin crew romances. One couple merely got married. Personally I chose to date another pilot....
Probably not, because of ual nouns. But who knows, i'm sure not really often. Probably grounds for termination because the company does not want to be liable for putting s contained by a situation that is ually charged. Just believe the possibility one 'sky ' would see if she just feel a relationship between two other people. Especially surrounded by a tight working environment and all the politics of every workplace.
I work as a troop leader surrounded by reservations for a major airline. One daylight one of the agents transfered an escalated call to me from a girl wanting to complain and asking for details for a pilot who works for the airline.
She demanded to speak to a supervisor because she claims the said pilot seduced her a couple of weekends up to that time and he had not be replying to her calls/texts. I ended up terminate the call, but I guess that some pilots will hold the ability to use their undertaking for favors :)
PS: this is a real story too....
A successful RON, Remain Over Night, consists of three events taking place. The flight engineer get lucky with the flight attendant. The copilot get drunk. And the captain have a bowel movement.
Seriously though. What happens doing a tour, stays on the road.
If it doesn't transpire, it's not for lack of trying.
Romances between crew member did not seem to ensue with any more statistical frequency than those that might come about in an department setting. Especially at a very generous airline -- flight attendants and pilots might be on a work trip together for a few days and then not see respectively other (due to the large number of workers and work schedules) for a very long time. Not really conducive to romance close to the public likes to see in your mind`s eye. In my opinion you would be more probable to have an affair near an office co-worker who you see on a each day basis.
Back within the 'old' days, when flight attendants had to be single,
amourous events may own happened more commonly. Today, the vast majority are married.
