Wat i hav to do to become a pilot after 12th??

Answers:    Go to flight school, any of the small airports you see will hold some form of flight instruction. It is not cheap at all, Easily $60,000 minimum, depending on who/where/when you filch the classes and how long it takes you to finish.
I also assume you stingy, non military flying, and the 60k will probably only take you your private licence, you will have to walk to more school and remuneration more to become a commercial pilot, which are the ones that fly the big 747's and such.
For the military, you probably missed your best chance, if you really considered necessary to fly the jet fighters and things you should own gone to ROTC program. But anything is possible, you can go to the airforce recruiters department and ask them if its possible, Just make sure you get hold of everything in writing!
Take more English sentence structure and spelling classes. It won't necessarily help you become a better pilot but your passenger will certainly be aware of better if you're at least literate.
If you hold passed 10th standard, then you are eligible for a PPL surrounded by India. Go ahead and enroll in a flying club, fly the required number of hours, slip away the test and you are a pilot.

A suggestion: Flying requires a bit of industrial aptitude, so next time you are typing something here, try observe the difference between the PC keyboard and you cellphones keypad. "wat" may nouns fancy, but might confuse poor aging mortals approaching us.
