Answers:    Personally, if someone comes to me to steal an order or bring me something I requirement to pay for, they will be tipped, and usually 20% of my bill. However, some airlines (if I remember correctly) will not allow their flight attendants to adopt gratuities.

No but they would appreciate it if you did. If you offer and they reject don't push it, they will like the tick. Some carriers and cultures don't allow it.
