Aeroplane beside a veranda??

Recently I saw part of an behind the times movie, circa 1930's in which the strike were on the train a plane, and they went outside onto a veranda for a smoke!! Did such a plane ever exist?

Answers:    i doubt it. because you wouldn't be able to breathe contained by most altitudes that planes fly in
That be a Flying Wing developed from Jack Northrop had a video resembling that with bartender and fore and aft balcony, like a green house. No, did not existed as an airliner, but lives on as a B2 Stealth Bomber. Some be Blimps that had balcony and such. They were more close to Ocean Liners than an Aircraft.

Back then be ok to smoke. It was consider sexy, socially adequate and for girls was a sense of be a rebel against society and the status quo. Even 1960's computer terminal came near ashtrays. Airplanes somewhat still have ashtrays on their spaces, some has cover plates some still own them. UH-1H, AH-1 and OH-58 has them be called ASH Receiver. I flew on a AH-1F doing a TEAC, the pilot lit a stogy at 12,000 FT. No kid!
The answer is pretty obvious, but wouldn't it be cool if it be possibly. That's the glamour of Hollywood. It lets the dreams and imagination happen
