At the FMC you hold (at the DES page, and CLB too) a column next to "speed transition" and "speed restriction".

....at the restriction, i make 250/10000, funds that under 10000 ft, it is simply allowed to make 250 kn. but at the restriction, i cannot amendment anything, it is just written this "240/10000". so is this ordinary, what does this mean, can i manually amendment that?

Answers:    You ABSOLUTELY CAN edit these values.

SPEED RESTRICTION is an airspeed constrain entered by the pilot which is below a specified altitude.
odisplays dash prior to entry
opermits entry of a speed limit below an altitude smaller amount than cruise altitude
ovalid entry is speed/altitude (example: 215/3020).

A SPEED TRANSITION is an automatically entered airspeed goal below a specified altitude. (e.g. 250 knots below 10,000 foot.)
odisplays data floor speed limit associated next to ORIGIN airport
oautomatically displays 250/10000 if not specified within data remnant
oblank when speed transition removed.

Once you enter your zero fuel mass in the PERF INIT page, both of these lines may be edited by the pilot.
yes and no you can not loose change it
