Please I want to get an ultra wispy that flys at around 30 mph, and with a selection of around 230 miles on one breath. Please tell me if that is to say a regular Ultra Light, or would it need to be specially made?

What you want is an LSA similar to the Cessna 162, AMD Zodiac, Cirrus SRS etc.
