Are the Aircraft police accurate when they scan you vehicle to see if you are speeding? is 100% accurate?

If you are driving for California hyws (101) you can read sings " speed enforce by air crafts" are those aircraft 100% accurate? does somebody know if somebody have report any mistakes...if they are not 100% accurate....

Answers:    Accuracy depends.

However, have you notice that these signs are on roads with airports adjoining?

More often than not, a moment ago posting the sign will slow down drivers since they think every aircraft is a "speed enforcement" aircraft, when the local police force can't even afford an aircraft.

Besides, bleak weather, low ceilings, low visibility, or blockage of the road from the air (due to curves, trees, etc) make this type of speed enforcement improbable.
It turns out that the "scanning" technique employed by the Bears within the Air is rather low-tech. All they do is use a stop survey and time the vehicle over a measured distance on the road. Assuming that the officer doing the timing starts and stops the view accurately as the vehicle of interest passes the roadside marker, its pretty accurate. Besides, just close to the ground based traffic radar, the boys and girls contained by blue typically cut you about 10 miles per hour slack to strengthen their luggage.
