A detailed book around airplanes, containing for example: how engines are started, nouns traffic control. Etc?

Thanks

Answers:    A good source of information are the Airframe and Powerplant mechanic's travel guide.

Log on to faa's web page: faa.gov.
In the rummage box type:
AC 65-12A........for the Powerplant handbook, or
AC 65-15A........for the Airframe manual.

Those books will tell you how everything inside the big airliners work.

Good luck
