or can i buy any type at autozone?
i have an "89 Acura Integra
How much will it cost to buy 1?
Answers: Struts are suspension components that function similar to shock absorbers. You DO NOT want to replace struts with used parts, as anything you find surrounded by a junk yard may not be any better than the ones you enjoy now.
Always replace struts and shocks with NEW parts, and other in pairs (front or rear.) Failure to do so may conclusion up with an unsafe vehicle.
go too auto zone .com and it will update you which ones you need and how much. you answered it yourself. Autozone will tell you adjectives you need to know...
Has to be made for your car. You may know how to find it at an auto wreck though.. look up the wreckers near you and call around. in good health I'm not a mechanic and not mechanic minded but I have had crummy cars. LOL I enjoy been told when you replace one side you have to do both sides at once. If you plan to do them yourself and don't know what you are doing you are surrounded by for trouble. Get someone to do them that knows what they are doing. Yes, you can buy the parts at autozone. Call around to get the cheapest prices. Murrays, Autozone, etc. You can also try a junkyard but remeber you seize what you pay for and you may be getting junk. Those can be a strain in the rump to change, so you may want to dance with new, and I construe you get a lifetime warrenty with unusual. Good luck.
Hey you might be surprised what you find in the junkyard, it'll save you money. Also google auto warehouse's online. they're opening cheaper than Autozone. Any auto parts store, BUT, since these are suspension componets. I'd recommend that you buy quality parts ( from NAPA,APCo ) instead of cheapo discount store.
