84 Dodge 225 commander interchange capacity?

I blew the head on my truck and went and found one within the junkyard. The truck I took if from list a production date of 5/84(not sure if motor was orginal), whereas mine shows 11/83. The pretext I am asking this is there are some slight difference. Weight is one mine is lighter.
Large water jacket crack in mine versus small one in other boss. Rocker arm is for hydraulic in mine whereas other is adjustable type. All openings align and it freshly seems that they did a change for mass. Is this head usable or should I just hold on to looking for the same head? Its harder to find parts for it.

Answers:    Well if the hose jackets don't line up thats going to be a problem. I would hang on to looking . Your better off to find the correct head next to put on the incorrect and have to fix more problems.
you could use that head, but i surmise it would be better if you could find the original head, but if you cant, next i cant see that head wouldnt fit.
