i have a 2001 ford CV police intercepter 4.6L when the saloon is cold and i just started up and ideles it get this like screech in the engine carpartment seam to be the right side my right side, then when the engine is warm up a bit at idle it does not cry any more but then when i get a move on it screeches. after a while it go away but only when the engine is fully warm up, what the heck is this screeching coming from?
Answers: usually cause by loose or worn fan belt(s). if you hold one wide belt call serpentine belt it could be bearings surrounded by tension pully going discouraging.
