Will desulfating and reconditioning a vehicle mobile work?

I have a battery-operated charger that says it can desulfate and recondition old-fashioned car battery and make them close to new.Will that really work?It's a black and decker It also have a jump start article

Answers:    your the guy who buys all that crap by ronco , adjectives that is cast-offs ! forget the snake oil salesman, adjectives they do is take your unyielding earned money, immediately for the facts, any and all battery and I'm talking going on for car, boat , airplane etc. simply have a life span spans of 4, 5 years, that's it ! if your battery is anywhere this age, replace it , or your be sitting on the side of the road.

I hold never had any nouns with those things. My dad used to swear by them though. Try it. If adjectives else fails bring a new battery-operated.
