Answers:
it can be pretty east if you hit a curb or something, alluminum wheels crack instead of bend like steel wheels. normal or even rough driving it should'nt crack. usually you need to hit something pretty hard. but i'll bet your wheel is still safe if thats all you did, have someone else look at it, I cracked one pretty bad one time and they tried to tell me the same thing, i never replaced it because I knew better and never had a problem. But be safe, just have someone else look at it, your probably good to go.

very easy to crack. but can be repaired. dunno where u live but i live in s.w. louisiana and there are several places that fix them
It's pretty hard to crack a rim. At best, MAYBE you did something to the lip where it meets the tire bead, but even then, it'd have to be pretty substantial. Try it out at the Ford place. I don't think they'll charge too much if anything to take a look, but, I'd say, a cracked rim is a real stretch. If that were the case, 22"s would be in the shop everyday after hitting potholes.
