Most of the time you can use a different route and avoid the air conditioning pulley but you will have to get a different serpentine belt to replace the original. You can have a parts person measure the new belt at the parts store. Maybe they would even install it for you.

Check with your deal. I am sure there is. If you don't want to use the a/c just don't put it on.
remove center bolt holding a/pulley
I believe there is, you need to go the the local auto parts and ask for a belt for you make and model with out A/C because not all cars come with A/C so there has to be a belt for it. Dont forget when you dont use the A/C if its in good working order when you remove the belt it will likely freeze up the A/C pump if left on the vehicle with out proper care to seal it and a new one will be needed if you ever want to reuse it, is some case you may be able to remove it from the vehicle and store it, but be sure to put some A/C oil in it and then seal it with plastic plugs or tape the holes. GOD Bless and good luck

YOU WOULD HAVE TO MEASURE THE ROUTE YOU NEED TO GO....THEN FIND A BELT THAT IS THE LENGTH YOU NEED.
