Answers: use a vacuum brake bleeder is where you want to start first. after bleeding and it still matching problem, replace the hydraulic cylinders
Bleeding the brake lines is a good start. See where on earth that takes you.
Bleed the lines. Some brakes enjoy adjusting screw to adjust the position of the pad.
I enjoy a 2007 Kawasaki Brute Force and probably know just as much nearly ATV brakes as you do but the first thing i would do it to check the grease resivour located on the right handlebar. You should only see a small bubble through the fanlight if it's full. If not get some grease approved by your manufacturer (it should utter on the filler cap what to get)
