The 'Check' lead is on?

I have a 4 cylinder Honda Accord 2002 LX,

it be a heavy snow and I have problem taking the car out of the snow and also, on the bearing, there be lots of snow under the coup¨¦ which was touching the underneath of the coup¨¦.
At the night when coming stern home, I saw that the 'Check' led is on (the hiccup led) and also I feel similar to there is a short time problem in the brakes, when I apply half-brake on a low speed, after 2 or 3 second, it applys a stronger brake for a moment and then become back to everyday.
Where is the problem from? is it because of snow? What are the probable damages?

Any ideas? Thank you

Answers:    I would expect its because your brakes get wet,so when you applied them at first they will not grip until they dry out and at that moment they would seize, and then be OK , when you are driving and its be wet you should only touch the brakes to dry them out, saves you finding out to unpaid that they were drizzly
Unplug the battery for just about 5 minutes. This resets the computer in the saloon. After you hook it back up drive around for somewhat while and see if it comes back on. If it doesn't afterwards you are in well brought-up shape, it is does then I would hold it to a local autoparts store and have them do a computer scan on the saloon to see what code is being sent to you computer and it will also relay you the problem.
