My motor wouldn't start? I enjoy a 1991 Camaro RS (V6).?

I was getting into my motor yesterday and tried to start it. But it didn't do anything. I thought that it may have be the steering wheel lock or the gear shift wasn't properly busy in park. I thought that it could own been the push button itself because it has a metal piece on it. I'm not sure. It didn't do anything. Not even crank. I kept inserting and removing the switch and for a while it didn't do anything. It finally started after about an hour and a partially of sitting there messing next to it. What could it be and how easy and expensive would it be to draw from it fixed?

Answers:    Your camaro should have GM's Vehicle Anti-Theft System (VATS) which resources your ignition keys hold a resistor embedded surrounded by them. You can try cleaning the key or using another switch. Have a new switch made up at a locksmith that does GM VATS keys. Make sure you hold a good mobile in the motor and replace it with a contemporary one if it's over 4 years old to minimize problems near VATS.
